We have so many good things within our community going on to keep our economy strong including healthy business increase and jobs. Builders are beginning to increase their volume to improve the shortage of homes in the area. My projection is that the Real Estate Market will remain a SELLERS MARKET through 2017. It will not be until 2018 that we begin seeing things level off and begin changing and balancing out. Keeping an eye on the Reno Market is a definite must.
